Still running…

thanks for your message. you are the first on tumblr with a question for me. ;-)
I ran about 1200km/745 miles with my shoes. I already know I need new shoes. I’ll buy a pair after the results of my x-ray.
My first week was not so good.

Actually, I should have run 42 km but I have problems with my left knee. I have been having knee problems for over two month. The pain became worse after my last half marathon. I went to my doctor today and now I must wait for the results of my X-ray image. I hope my knee is okay because I’m so motivated and I don’t want to postpone the marathon.
Marathon training month 1 day 2
I had to run 8km. Because of the party last night I think it was a good run.
Yesterday I told my best friend that I’ am thinking of running a marathon in April 2013. He said, I can’t run a Marathon. He mentioned:” You are not fit enough. You are two slow…”
I was so angry and mad. I think I can do it.
Challenge accepted!!
I’m going to run the Vienna City Marathon in April 2013!!!
I’ll follow the Runner’s World Break-4:30 Marathon Plan (12 weeks).
At the moment I am incredible nervous, excited and motivated.

2012 in words:
- January - August: I wrote my master thesis.
- August-October: I was in China.
- October - November: I wrote my last exam.
- December: I was searching for a new job.

- Jan: 37 km
- Feb: 79 km
- Mar: 76 km
- Apr: 71 km
- May: 54 km,
- Jun: 57 km
- Jul: 68 km
- Aug: 39 km
- Sep: 32km
- Oct: 32 km
- Nov: 42 km
- Dec: 114 km
Summing up I spend 173 hrs with sport and ran 700.05 km.
Weight:
31.12.2011: 71,5 kg
31.12.2012: 69,5 kg
Today I ran a halfmarathon for the first time in my life. My time was 2hrs and 31min. I am so proud of myself. Good girl!!
