&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="short_text" id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;Actually, I&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;should have&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;run&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;42&amp;#160;km but I have problems with my left knee. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;I have been having knee problems for over two month.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="short_text" id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; T&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="short_text" id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;he pain became worse after my last half marathon. I went to my doctor today and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="short_text" id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;&lt;span class="short_text" id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;now I must&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;wait for&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;the results of my&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;X-ray image&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.
